DUCTILE IRON PIPE
If your project requires ductile iron pipe, U.P. Concrete Pipe Company stocks several hundred feet of U.S. Pipe & Foundry’s Tyton Joint pipe in 4” through 12” diameter in CL350, CL52 and CL54. Tyton Joint pipe is quick and easy to install and has high pressure capabilities. Other sizes and/or classes of pipe are available as well. We can have it in stock or delivered to your jobsite in just a few days.
FITTINGS
U.P. Concrete Pipe Company handles both domestic and foreign AWWA approved compact mechanical joint fittings, flanged fittings, fabricated spool pieces – both flanged and plain end, wedge action restraints for ductile iron & PVC pipe, and other accessories including mechanical joint glands & gaskets, transition gaskets, T-bolts & nuts, and flange gaskets & accessories. |

VALVES
Are you looking for resilient wedge gate valves in mechanical joint, flanged or tapping configurations? U.P. Concrete Pipe Company has what you need. We stock 4” thru 12” in these configurations, have them in open left & open right operation, all conforming to AWWA C515 requirements. Do you have a need for butterfly valves, plug valves or check valves? If so, we can get them for you as well.
HYDRANTS
U.P. Concrete Pipe Company stocks fire hydrants which meet or exceed AWWA C502 “Standard for Dry-Barrel Fire Hydrants” and are designed for 250 psi working pressures. They also meet “traffic model” design with replaceable parts designed to break away without water loss or damage to other parts of the hydrant. These hydrants are in stock and available in several different configurations to meet specifications for most cities throughout the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.
MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS
We carry a large supply of valve boxes, valve box adaptors, adjustable valve box tops and valve box adjusting rings. In addition, U.P. Concrete Pipe Company also stocks stainless steel tapping sleeves and repair clamps, copper tubing, service saddles, corporation stops, curb stops, unions, curb boxes, and buffalo boxes. |
