Upper Peninsula Concrete Pipe Company, Inc. was founded in 1950. It has been manufacturing concrete pipe and supplying underground contractors with pipe and related appurtenances since that time. Upper Peninsula Rubber Company, Inc. was founded in 1986 as a manufacturer of custom rubber extrusions for OEM’s and others.

Upper Peninsula Concrete Pipe Company, Inc. and Upper Peninsula Rubber Company, Inc. are separate companies, both operating in Escanaba, Michigan.

Cadilloc External Pipe Joint is a product of Upper Peninsula Rubber Company. Cadilloc is THE original external sealing band (ASTM C-877 Type I) commonly used on non-circular concrete pipe.

Tunnel Vision has been providing pipeline services for municipalities, MDOT, consulting engineers, and underground contractors since 1995. Tunnel Vision is a pipeline services company that is owned by Upper Peninsula Rubber Company. Major services include hydraulic and mechanical cleaning, televising (3” to 120”) and mainline and lateral relining and point repairs. Tunnel Vision also provides manhole restoration, installation of internal sealing diaphragms, chemical grout injection to control water and seal cracks in structures, air testing, smoke testing, deflection testing and dye testing.
